A Day on our Planet, the second album from Spicelab, was written and produced by Oliver Lieb and originally released in 1995 on Harthouse Records.

Continuing the project’s longform approach to the vinyl format, the album unfolds across four extended tracks, each occupying an entire side of vinyl.
Melodic techno merges with electro, house, ambient textures, and atmospheric passages — deeper, warmer, more expansive in motion.

The sound had evolved.
Rhythm became fluid, emotion moved to the foreground.

Between propulsion and suspension, the album drifts through luminous spaces, somewhere between club architecture and inner landscape.

In 2026, all tracks were carefully transferred and remastered by Oliver Lieb, enhancing their depth and clarity for modern sound systems

while preserving the unique character of the original recordings.
